There will always be Room for Dessert

Travels, either for leisure or work should always be devoured with curiosity, awe and with whatever way possible. So to speak, that is what this post is all about.

I am in Cebu right now for a work-travel (thank you Empire East for the unwavering trust, confidence in training, and free tickets to access the best eat-outs in Cebu 😘 ). So since I am already here, there is no way I won’t try the latest craze the city has been blessed to experience ever since Room for Dessert started its operations earlier this year.

The ice cream in a cotton candy photo has been circling the social media for the past weeks. I saw the gem in a Facebook Page called Discover MNL , only to find out that it wasn’t in Manila! Golly! That’s why when I heard I was made to go here in Cebu, I made a mental note to visit Room for Dessert as part of my itinerary after work.

RM’s ice cream cotton candy dessert deflated a little bit though. 😞 I highly suggest that you take a photo of it as soon as it is served. You don’t want a non-fluffy cotton candy, doyou? 😄

My Juliana’s Cookie Madness was delightful! I had a great time eating it. I feel like Vanellope Von Schweetz of Sugar Rush. Not to mention it only costs 69PhP! Woah! Yes I heard you, what a deal!

You can choose your ice cream to be placed either in a cone (59PhP) or a cup (69PhP). Neatly priced, aren’t they? The ice cream lady advised that having it in a cup is less messier and more convenient, so that’s what I got. 😀
